Headsets

Hello,
Does anybody know if I can fly with my own headsets (bose, sennheiser) or is it only allowed the one provided from EK?

Does anybody know if I can wear my own headsets (DC, Bose, etc) or is it only allow the headsets that Qatar provides you? Or installed in the flight deck.

I got an email from qr career saying that testpartnership will send me an email for the personality test.
Normally, how long does it take to get this email from testpartnership?

I'm applying for FO A320 position. they asked me for a copy of my passport and point of travel. A week later I received the same email "the vacancy has been placed On Hold" .
