flying the backside of the power curve in a 737?

I'm not sure if this is too off topic, and I"m not sure where in PPRUNE this might better be posted. How easily is it to inadvertently end up flying on the back side of the power curve in a 737?

In the movie "Flight" Denzel Washington rolls a plane inverted that is stuck in a dive.
In the ET302 accident, the pilots turned the trim motor back on...

why not fix a control force issue directly with a control force fix?

If Boeing's 737-MAX has a column control force issue, in a close to stall situation to abide by FAR's. Why did they did they take the scenic path to move the Stabilizer to fix it? Why didn't they...

So, If one uses the MET for one long shot of ANU, going to limit up, then MCAS should fire for 10 seconds of AND, and be done, assuming the MET is never touched again?

777 is a fly-by-wire aircraft

If for some reason, all electrical went out to lunch .. all of the major control surfaces might go to neutral? (remember, the 777 is the first fly-by-wire commercial jet) You'd be flying similar...
