is it true or just a rumour that at the end of assessment day they tell you if you are hired or not? I mean that you don't need to wait for any golden call...

Fortunately I was hired for another company two days after the EK Open Day. But it is czech company and I'm hired for the peak season only. Hope it will become another disadvantage...
