Thank you everyone who replied. problem is solved. It turned out to be a scratch on the disc. Sent away for some replacements.

No joy with that. I've just freshly installed Windows XP and the first piece of software was FS2002. Still have the same problem.

As far as I know you won't have any problems. This is not from my experience but I think it's pretty much the same as flying here in the Slovak Republic. Here there is no problems with ATC and all...
