for cadet program, there are too many inexperience applicants apply for a few seats. obviously, old age sure no advantage.

but for AE, less applicants with the required FT apply...

i specially like the PRO, i think they gave me the correct information i needed in the 1st place, and also with the best price to compare to the other two...
