As in if you are living in Hong Kong already with a HKID, but just not a HKPID.

If AE and TT does reopen, will preference be given to non-permanent HKID holders on those courses? Or were previous courses and the current pool of people waiting for start dates a mix of everyone?

What about Griffith Universitys deal with Cathay that was announced last year? Will training move to their base from Adelaide or is that an entirely separate scheme? Has the course even started?

Yes my hunch was that they were just clearing out the old database of people who have since moved on. There was probably thousands in there, who no longer have any interest in Cathay. No point asking...
