I guess it is included in every single mail from them, just as a reminder. It does not mean that they are not interested in your application but that they won't notify you if you are not selected to...

Just to inform you, I applied on the 7th of March( 2nd time after the closure of the APC program) and still only received the "application completed" e-mail last week.
