It seems that Virgin have only recently changed the interview format and now do 1st initial screening and then 2nd round interviews on different days compared to them all being conducted on the same...

Thanks that is very helpful ! So the group session sounds very much like the initial interview round , did they then do a one on one ? Do you need to strip off for the medical and how did the hearing...

Hi got an email to say I'm thru to the online assessment . Is it a pshchometric one or ??? What did you have to do for 2nd interview and medical ?
