I’m guessing the completed road bridge for the train link will be missing the fancy ski jump and lights, otherwise it will affect minima for landing 08 and affect takeoff performance from 26

De-icing will take an age if, as your photo suggests, they were only using the one de-ice rig. Far better to put 3 rigs onto one aircraft.

It depends on the category of ILS system...

It depends on the category of ILS system installed at the airport. INV is only capable of Cat I operations just like ABZ. GLA and EDI are Cat IIIB capable as is easyJet's Airbus fleet.
