If you don't want to work for NATS then don't apply... the college qualification is non transferable. And I assure they won't want to pay to train you for ATC if you're not going to try...

There will be three tests - firstly the ATC test (you will need to learn the booklet provided for this) and if you pass this you will partake in the diagramming and spatial reasoning tests.
