Not sure which figures you're looking at but for every year on the PP34 P1 Mainline scale, every pensionable pay point is higher than the basic with the exception of PP1, some of PP2, PP33 and PP34....

Ultimately it's their choice whether they add to that debt, but I stand by my opinion that BA is more open to low houred pilots than it was before.
