Didn't the Herc have 4 large lever looking switches just behind the throttles on the centre console. Automatic engine trimming system. Would they be moved after landing?

There is an L-382 around Europe regularly, I've seen it. Its a civilian model of the C-130 Hercules. IIRC 20T is about the max load for a Hercules. It's operated by an Oil Company.
