What is the formula for working out wingspan if you have the aspect ratio and the wing area. Ratio 7.5 wing area 845m2 .

Can anyone shed any light on the spirometry test .I regularly get 550 _600 but am 34 and feel fairlyfit but the chart show I should be getting 650.how is the percentage calculated and is it possible...

Do you have any suggestions in mind as how to report where you are when inbound/outbound as the procedures that are in use here seem to mimic those of other small airfields.

Is there a requirement to take a sheet to be signed at the aerodromes you land at like on the qxc for ppl issue,or is it just the proof of logging the flight in your logbook that suffices

Yes you can get it issued on the day as long as there are no issues with your documentation.i sent myn via post and it came after 5weeks due to the backlog from the changeover.

I passed my ppl skills test this Saturday gone and from what I was told afterwards the 6 months is from completion of your revision so you can count the circuits as pre test revision

Is there a time limit from passing your last atpl exam to acquiring your cpl licence like the ppl.i believe with the ppl you have 2years to pass the skills test after your last exam pass
