In simple terms, if the load factor (vertical G) is 1.2 G or so with zero roll angle. Does that suffice for the hard landing...

What is the G factor requiring hard landing checks by maintenance with aircraft being below max landing weight?

I saw an AMM chart that indicates 1.5 ish for the beginning of checks envelope....

In A320 if the cargo fire extinguishing bottle is inop then the MMEL allows cat C operations without ETOPS with no limitations to the type of cargo. Am I reading it correct? Does not make sense to me.
