About the type rating, Do you need to do whole type rating course with them, or you can renew your expired 320 rating by your own before joining?

Some of us are surviving, but we can’t fly as government only allows to enter in the country filipino citizens, so we can’t fly international and our recent experience expired

Actually it's a little bit more, with stand by duty, hours in excess, etc. I forgot to consider that. On average, 2300 net.

Airlines which don't ask you to pay type rating... There aren't a lot.

I mean, at least, flying an ILS approach without flight directors. Also, when possible, flying non RNAV SIDs with VOR and ADF.
