Ops say lot of RVR,
When mentioned cloud base ,only one sentence say that we need to refer to cloud base and RVR/vis, no detail describe .
I am not sure , because in common sense , BKN 001 means...

So if the RVR is say 1000, even if the cloud is BKN 001 , you can still go on the approach from any approach phase to the DH,and then if you "see" the runway , you can land legally ?

About 737 yaw damper

Why u do not have yaw damper when you put sysB flight control switch to off but when you are in a manual reversion sysA and sysB both out u can have the yaw damper?
Anyone knows?

i guess in flight ,you can use the flap warning...

i guess in flight ,you can use the flap warning to set the flap to 15.
for further down , may be the stall speed can help, but i haven't try that ever.

280/.76 means use the one which is smaller at the time of use.
in cruise , when u fly 280/.76 without engine anti-ice , the Turb N1 is around it .
