Well I talk about it with the CPTs who I fly with, majority of them have positive ideas , They told me upgrade if you can and as soon as possible, When you upgrade you have more chance to find a job...

you know companies like Ryanair, they upgrade their FOs after 2500 hours to LHS , thats what I thought that would be a good opportunity to jump LHS ,
