Yes Gestair / G Air when I was out there showed me the plans for the new place in Ponte de Sor and my god was it impressive !! Only they operate out of it because they own it and built it ....

Yes . There was a charter flight operated NOC today from PNA with Spanish students mostly traveling to Galway for a month and will be returning to Pamplona on the 29th of July afaik.
