SAS does not necessarily preferring eighter A320 or 737-pilots.
If you are the right guy, with the correct attitude and skills, they will hire you without any typerating at all....

But they reached an agreement yesterday, so maybe 5% increase next year? The next weeks...

Here is another story about how pilots are treated in Ryanair. I had a similar incident myself, in Ryanair. The day after, I applied for another job and a few weeks later, I resigned.
