I had my FI 15/02 (6th week will start in 3 days) and my online status is still "Applied" and most of the people are in "Approval in progress", some of them already received GC.......

Depending which airline u worked before.
If u worked for lets say - qatar airways and if u bring them all paper proofs that ur performance was in top standard, they dont call.
otherwise they call....

And some people from my FI got their "Approval in progress" online.
