MGH or divisor pay

Once you hit the annual limit you will be paid MGH only. At least this was the case under the EBA when it happened to me. I don't think it would have changed under the WD.

This sure sounds like a problem that belongs to Flight Operations and not the "people focused" Base Ops.

Also, they could use two or three more 380s to fix the problem.
