I would recommend getting a cheap car - early morning sign ons the transport is very few and far between before 0600.
There is a girl at my base uses public transport and spends 3 hours of her day...

I am going for Perth base- took nearly 2 weeks after the applications closed that I heard from them. I have my interview today - no AD just panel interviews - nervous but also excited.
