A320 : fuel efficient descent

Hello,

I'm flying currently Cost Index at 10.
The managed speed during descent is 250kt.

I'm wondering what the best speed is during the descent for fuel efficiency

250kt, 280kt, 300kt, GD...

For the A320, is the configuration Flaps FULL-Gear DOWN allowed on level ?

Last flight during turbulence, unable to descend below due to traffic.
Some variations of speed due to the mode "SOFT ALT" (+/- 150ft) engaged by the "ALT CRZ" FMA mode.

A320 FMS : how to force speed on the FAP

Hello,

I've noticed that on the A320 FMS, the managed speed over the FAP is almost the VAPP.
Consequently, the managed top of descent is a bit early.

I've tried to enter 180kt which is not...

Hey there,

I'm just wondering which kind of label personalization offer Airbus.

For example :
- is fuel labelled in LBS or KGS in the US ?
- are altimeters setted in FEET or METERS in Russia...
