Just do the math, they hire 300/ year, 12 interviews a day x 5 days a week =60. Out of that 10% get offered employment which= 6 X 50 weeks a year =300.

Who will fly the 787?

Anybody know who will be trained on 787. I am told if you have a 777 ticket it is just a 5 day conversion course to 787 so will 777 FO`s be promoted to 787 CA, 777 CA to 787 or will full courses be...

787 is supposed to be in Doha today until Sunday, anybody in Doha seen it around? Anybody know when Qatar gets its first delivery, I saw the sim in Doha last month during my interview, awesome!!!

Any DEC`s Out There

Just wondering if the sim ride is any different than what is described in the rest of the forum eg. do DEC`s get RTO, engine failure, GA with engine failure etc.

I`m off to Doha in November for interview. I understand you don`t do a medical during this process. Tech quiz, interview and sim assessment, then you go home and if successful a contract is offered....
