First of all from indigo's point of view...just refer to oxford...which clearly says
DME-.25nm or1.25%

Secondly-NDB-190-400Khz
ADF+NDB=190-1750khz

as INS fly GC tracks..and the diffrence in gc track direction is convergency...and drift is constant that makes heading change the same as does the track...
