As far as I know, there is an Oct batch and Dec batch. could the holding pool be for the December batch which is why they need not do the interviews so quickly?

Have you contacted STAA yet? As far as I know, the CEO interviews were done 2 weeks ago over a 3 day period. Maybe they might be another round but would be best to call them or email...
