The maths seems simple. We have 60 aircraft and employ 3851 and carry 2.7 million pax,while German wings have exactly half and employ 1276 but carry 3.4 million.

That equates to a daily loss of 657000 quid a day...

That equates to a daily loss of 657000 quid a day or £27000 an hour!!!!!
If you average the fleet to 50 aircraft we are losing on each aircraft 2.4 million in 6 months.
Time to dust off the Cv me...
