It's my understanding that you will have to be within 500 hours in order to be invited out to Dubai. Once your status changes to "shortlisted" you will be contact shortly thereafter for an interview....

Just like Rob said, there's nothing you can do to prepare for the 2 day interview. Stick and rudder test is fairly straight forward and they'll tell you that every pilot does well on it. Otherwise...
