You will find it's not uncommon for charter operators to charge for this sort of thing. The previous suggestion of offering to take photos of the aircraft the companys' use is a good idea though.

I doubt it will be PAX Services as well. It will probably just be Ramp Handling, Loading, Cargo etc. I think it's going to Globeground which will all tie in with the worldwide outsourcing contract...
