Dont give up... but dont stop at your CPL ... work up the ladder ,try to gain as much of experience as you can , as alot of people think its the end after CPL .

You must match the speed of the sun from that...

You must match the speed of the sun from that particular lattitude
Dlong = 15 x 60 =900
Dept = Dlong x cos lat
900 x cos 60
= 450

Therefore you req a ground speed of 450...

2 millisecond [ms] = 2000 microsecond
2000/ 12.36 = 161.8 nm
