The "Blank" Status is a polite way of informing that, you have not been shortlisted for the interviews, based on my experience.. (Note: There are ppl who have had it otherwise)..

Don’t lose hope, if you meet their minimum requirements, they will most definitely call you up. :)

1) It should be > 6 months since your last interview.
2) You should be below 32 years of age....
