I think that it is obvious that the pilots were properly trained. It is not often that the AAIB make concessions to try to understand why a pilot made a wrong decision, but if they felt for one...

I think that it is obvious that the pilots were properly trained. It is not often that the AAIB make concessions to try to understand why a pilot made a wrong decision, but if they felt for one...
