Question Any Pilots with a defibrillator (ICD)?

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has been able to get a medical certificate to fly with an implanted defibrillator?
What class medical?
FAA or JAA or other?

I was an airline pilot in the US until diagnosed with HCM (not HOCM) in 2008. Lost my medical and therefore my job. FAA will not give me a medical even though I do not have any...
