I suggest, don't rush in joining VNA, not really as ideal as you might thought it would be, esp if you're based in Hanoi. There are better options out there for type-rated captains on A320.

Wouldn't advice you to transfer...if you're from VNA. You'll be getting less than the usual you're getting from VNA. A whole lot of disadvantages. PM me if you need more info.

And used to be, they use CAE Sim @ Emirates etc,, which is accredited mostly worldwide...but now, i think they're using their own sim in India, which is not accredited by your local CAA/FAA/JAA...

guys...for what it's worth, VNA is still hiring, they slowed down a bit, but you can still check the agencies...(Parc, Rishworth, etc.)... Nothing wrong in planning to stay with family here,...

FYI, Load Factor Limitation with Slats and Flaps extended (0G to +2G) A320 FOM, so I guess anything above these limits generates LOAD FACTOR exceedance... You can check these values at your safety...
