Fairly easy/quick for FOs to get base transfers. Just get your foot in the door and make it work until then is my advice. I couldn’t be happier as a Capt who came

My advice to the OP would be to get command in BA on the 320 then apply to places as a DEC rather than a DEP. Quick upgrades...

I don’t think BA has trouble getting people through the door mind you. The pass rate in their assessments can only be about 20% max maybe from start to finish...
