As far as I'm aware, its not illegal for these pilot to fly in such conditions. They are all trained and qualified to.

However Air Ambulances aren't permitted to operate at night as they do not...

Evening classes are very popular. VOR, NBD and DME equipment at the airfield.

The instructors are brilliant, very friendly and very experienced....

I think, and I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but CAT II/III relates to the autoland procedures available on that runway.

Airliners have different Categories of automatic landing...
