10000-12000 is the normal with some real low payers in the Industry paying 80 to 85K per year Sterling PA with no benefits etc given just hard times I hear

In europe most of the Gulfstream 11 and 111 have gone due to the Noise requirements even with the Cans on the Back.
Many are still in Africa though.
