Personally I think we should all not speculate in to what is a tragedy to the families of the crew involved.

10000-12000 is the normal with some real low payers in the Industry paying 80 to 85K per year Sterling PA with no benefits etc given just hard times I hear

In europe most of the Gulfstream 11 and 111 have gone due to the Noise requirements even with the Cans on the Back.
Many are still in Africa though.
Its more about the insurance requirements etc.
