GS, You could do the instructor Refresher Seminar at Helicentre Aviation {Leicester} with Geoff Day {Helicopter based course}, and he is also an FIE so can also do the FI Test. ATG.

Enstrom 280 and probably older 28s have no low...

Enstrom 280 and probably older 28s have no low RPM warning system, and for that matter no governor or correlator either!. All you have are tachos and a good ear! ATG.
