At the last OD I went to they said that anyone who was turning 21 within the next three months could apply...so I guess it just depends on when you go to an OD/AD. Try your luck and see...

I'd show up early, maybe even around 8:30am. You can probably expect a lot of sitting around waiting while other people hand in their cv's until its your turn. But definitely be there before 9am!
