This one is not in your mentioned countries, but I was few days ago in Spain (FTE Jerez), and they have B737-800 (like RYANAIR's planes) simulator, but it's not full motion.

Yeah, was there few days ago(at FTE), and they are on place. And there's a lot of them now, and some food is served just for cadets from Emirates :)
