I can only provide a link to the fact that Mr Walsh sent a letter to the TUC specifically saying that in order for Staff Travel to be returned with zero seniority - Unite had to drop all litigation...

A company can hold records of that there is no question - but cannot hold a list of people who have taken part in a lawful dispute then subject those people to a detriment
