AENA wants to show to the world how wonderful conditions are for ATCOs in Spain, and for that, they desperately need other ATCOs to come to work here...

1670 hours per year, up to 200 hours a month, 5/3 days work/off ( 6/2 in the summer), 45 days...

The ATCO´s are the same, but the military are there to make sure they do as they are told :eek:

I can only tell you about myself (in Barcelona ACC)

It varies a lot, but it´s between 4500 and 6000 euro for 160 to 200 hours a month (24 to 28 days a month)....

Why no EAT's in Spanish Holds?

I can only speak for myself, but I do give EAT to each and every aircraft that has to hold over SLL,CLE, LESBA or VIBIM. (BCN TMA).
