Can somebody enlighten me what the new COS08 bypass pay section is trying to say? It seems like S/O now doesn't need to be assessed before they get JFO bypass pay.

I'd like to know the Terms and conditions for this cadets. No housing when they are S/O. What about when they become JFO, and F/O?
