A 24/7 manned tower, not sure what they will be...

A 24/7 manned tower, not sure what they will be controlling on weekends for instance when some nights nothing moves apart from a few rabbits.

Tiger to suspend LST flights

Very strong rumour that Tiger are pulling out of LST & some sort of announcement to be made tomorrow, no bookings can be made after 1 August on the website.

Tower closes at 2200 local EST, tower can stay open for longer if requested but that's pretty rare. Usually if any are running late its CTAF procedures for them!

Regular visitors to LST will see the notam relating to the lighting upgrade. The airport will not move it without owner permission...
