Check the init ref page and see what the Eng rating is in the FMC. This is the rating of the engine, do not exceed this power setting by turning off the autothrottle. Take care of the engines and...

I doubt that this will happen in the Cayman Islands as AOC certificates are hard to get. :=

Full power takeoff mandated under otars

Can anybody guide me as how often a full power takeoff has to be done and recorded in the logbook as mandated under otars. Also which section of the otars can it be found.

Hip Replacement

Six weeks is correct, we had a F/O that had it done and after 6 weeks later he was in simulator for recurrent. Everybody was amazed at how quickly he recovered, plus he does not even walk with a limp.

Max difference between EGTs on CFM563B

Can any body tell me if there is still a max difference of 50 degrees celsius between engines 1 and 2 (CFM56 3B2) at idle RPM. I recall that a long time ago Boeing had a maximum limitation of 50...
