Basically I did my PPL out in Florida, EFT to be precise. And while i greatly enjoyed it i have just one area i want to ask about before i go out trying to rent a plane here in Ireland....

That is true. However i have not got final approval. The fingerprinting has to be done within 90 days of me sending in my documents to the TSA.

And yes i first saw it on the flight schools...
