The online test doesn't count to your score on the stage 1 test, as far as i can remember it is just to give some feedback on how quickly people can answer the questions, I did terrible on the online...

Shirt and tie isn't a must. Jeans and jumper etc are fine, smart casual is the dress code.

When I did my stage 1 in October i think it lasted a few hours just, not too long.
