Just came across this article, am I right to say that SIA's interview process is designed to filter out candidates with not only flying potential but other qualities as well?

Will the job application status show "rejected" or something like that for candidates who did not make it?

I received a call from a private number last friday as well, ignored it as I have had experience with nasty PRC scammers calling from private numbers. :eek::eek:

My friend was in YFC and an ex RSAF pilot, cleared first interview previously before recruitment freeze.
