Whatever you do: stay a present level or descent at FL 250 you don't have any smoke inhalation protection.In case of fire with toxic fumes you're dead.

They should be switched ON during preflight check by the captain.
On preflight CPT has to check his O2, thrust levers idle and ATR ON, and FO has to do...

To be sharp the ISIS has its own Gyros on the 300 series, on the 200 series the SAARU supplies informations to the attitude indicator.
