Anyone worked for John Holland Aviation as an AME in Victoria?

Looking at a AME night shift position. Have had a look at their agreement but the salary ranges are very broad. Anyone know what salary you can expect to make pa? Any other words of wisdom?

Civilian aviation is proving very hard to break into at the moment. I am looking at doing some weekend contract work but really need to leave my current RAAF position before I am posted out.

RAAF AME wanting to move into commercial work

Time to move on from the RAAF.

I want an AME job in Australia(pref. Melbourne). I have a couple of interviews lined up with Jetstar and Virgin Blue.
